🏷️ What is Tagzi?
Tagzi helps you print numbered labels for your live sales or auctions. Add a category (for example, a buyer's username, item type, or weight), then click it to print one label with the next sold number.
🖨️ Label size
- Each label is 1.5 inches wide × 0.5 inches tall (38mm × 13mm).
- Designed for thermal label printers, sticker sheets, or any small-format roll printer.
- In your browser's print dialog, set paper size to match your label stock and use 0 margins. Turn off headers and footers for the cleanest result.
✅ Printing labels
- Type a category name in the Add category box and press Enter.
- Click any category card to print the next label (each click prints one label and adds 1 to that category's count).
- The print dialog opens automatically. After you print or cancel, it closes itself — there is no extra screen to dismiss.
↺ Reprints & counters
- Use the Today's history list to reprint a past label. Reprints do not change the count.
- The small reset arrow on a category resets just that category's counter back to 0.
- Reset Day archives the day and clears all counts so you can start fresh.
🗄️ Past days & exports
- Each day you reset is saved in Past Days on the left sidebar (or below on mobile).
- Click a past day to view its history, reprint old labels, or download CSV files of the print history and category totals.
- Use the trash icon to permanently delete an old day. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.
✨ Tips
- Your data is saved to your account, so you can log in from any device and pick up where you left off.
- Each category gets its own color automatically — no setup needed.
- For best speed during a live show, keep the same browser tab open and your printer ready before you start.
- Use Save List (top right) to save your current set of categories by name, then reload them anytime from the Saved Lists dropdown — handy for switching between different label setups.
